🛍 1. Returns and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us - we'll always do our best to find a friendly solution.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package.

Refunds are issued as store credit (voucher), unless otherwise agreed.
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept this refund method.
Your voucher can be used for any future purchases in our store - with no expiry date 🛍.

🎁 3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
in the same condition as received,
unused and unwashed,
with all original tags and packaging,
neatly folded and suitable for resale.

🚫 4. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Special orders or personalised items
Gift cards
Sale or promotional items

📦 5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email.
If your return is approved, a voucher code for the refunded amount will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Be Yourself Boutique does not provide return labels.

🚚 6. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked and 48 Tracked, insured up to £150.
If your order exceeds this value, it will be split into separate parcels for insurance purposes.
You will receive a tracking number by email - please monitor your delivery.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 working days, please let us know.
We will open a claim with Royal Mail and refund you once the loss or damage is confirmed.
Royal Mail may take up to 30 working days to process claims - thank you for your patience.
