Terms and returns policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase let us know and we will find a salutions together.
Items must be returned wiftin 14 days so please contact us immediately after receiving the package. Contact us via Facebook, Instagram or send an email to [email protected] (please provide your order number, name and surname, your email address and information about what will be exchanged or returned)
Please note: We do exchange and refund (money back to the gift card )
To be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be in the same condition, unused, with all tags, packaging and folded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items and gift card)
Items from sales and purchased during the promotion cannot be returned and exchanged.
Refunds and exchange on the voucher card
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and instructed further. We will send you voucher coupon.
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the goods and is not returned by the boutique.
All postage’s will be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Be Youurself Boutique. We don’t send returns label.
Shipments: Parcels are sent by Royal Mail. 24 and 48 tracked are insured up to £150. If your purchases have a higher value and you want to insure them additionally, please contact us before you pay. You will receive an email with a tracking number, track your shipment until it is received please. If your package has not been delivered within 14 working days please let us know. We will make a claim to Royal Mail and we will refund you once we have confirmed that the package has been demaged or lost. Royal Mail has 30 working days to confirm the loss or destruction of the package. In this case, please be patient.
Please note!
Please be aware that you will receive a refund for your lost parcel only up to the amount for which you knowingly insured it. If your parcel is worth more than £150 , we recommend purchasing higher insurance. It’s your decision.
